I use this more than I do my regular sized oven! I cooks evenly and fast! I was hesitant to purchase this becase of the price, but I am so glad I did!

When I made the purchase, the microwave was out of stock. I really wanted this microwave and was extremely excited to get it! So I waited. It was worth the wait for sure. The door is easy to open, food cooks evenly and well. It has been pretty easy thus far to figure out the features. Very pleased with this purchase. I would recommend having an electrician insure that you have the proper wiring to operate this appliance. It is not a plug in and required additional voltage compared to my old convection micro it was replacing. The old one was a different brand that plugged in behind the cabinetry. This one requires a bit more. Highly recommend. Also want to praise customer service at KA. Had a crisper pan that came as an accessory with this that was bent. They are sending a new one and they were quick to get it ordered for me.
