Three weeks in and still going great. The griddle is a nice feature. Best of all is the lights for each burner. I can tell if a burner is even slightly on from across the room.

Model KCGS956ESS02. Purchased one year ago, converted to propane. Lacks flame adjustment on all burners. To adjust heat I switch burners. Is lack of adjust design of this model, is propane the problem? I live in a rural so I have limited service technicians available. I have a video but couldn't figure out how to send it to you.
