My cooking experience has changed, because of my new stove top. I am experiencing a more evenly sauce pan heating, I'm able to turn the burners to a very low setting with little effort and my cooking time has lessen due to the even heat. I would rate it with 5 stars, however the knobs sit a little high and are easily scuffed when moving your pan back and forward.
