This cooktop was included with a new home I recently purchased from Pulte Homes in Georgetown, Texas. The stainless steel finish is rough, scratched and stained which really takes away from an otherwise good appliance.

We like most everything about the cooktop. Our only suggestion concerns the lettering for the cook dials. I suppose we will eventually get more comfortable with the settings but it is very difficult to read the small non bold lettering used to indicate cooking temperatures. The light up dials are very nice.

Love the look of this cooktop, but it is hard to get 5 pots on the stove. Also burnt my hand the first couple times as the knobs get very hot when cooking on the front burner.

I bought this cooktop as part of an overall kitchen remodel...and I couldn't be happier. I over analyzed all the brands finally settling on KitchenAid for value, features, reputation, and design. This installed perfectly (by the husband), the 36" width is so definitely worth it, and it's so easy to cleanup.
