We had our cooktop and hood fan installed over three weeks ago to go along with our recently installed double oven. We had enjoyed using all three. Great features on each.

So happy to have my new cooktop installed. It looks great, works great and I have lots of options when I'm cooking.

I've had this product installed for close to a year. We typically use the large burner the most, and can not keep it clean. I have only used the recommended Weimans glass cook top cleaner. I immediately had to give up using my cast iron pans. We bought a new set of cookware and it still leaves a dark ring beneath, every time I cook. I realized I'd nearly stopped cooking all together because this is so hard to clean. For the past month or so we can no longer return the cook top to it's white color, having to live with what you see in the photo. Photo was taken after intense cleaning, with little luck. If GE has a solution for this, I'd love to hear it. Is this covered under warranty? Otherwise range functions very well, but should not be sold in white.

Why do appliance makers make the middle back burner as the large? Fortunately this model has a hot medium right front so I don't have to reach so far over. Warming should does not go above 150F, so red "hot" light does not ever turn on. It should be set at lower temp such as 125 F.
