I have owned my Kitchen Aid Pro Line Coffee Grinder for over ten years and utilized it on a daily basis to grind my coffee. In my opinion, I must say this grinder is without equal for the performance and quality of workmanship. I have been called a coffee fanatic because I like beans done right. Grinding coffee beans in this day and age has become an art. This Kitchen Aid Grinder is designed well with a heat negating minimal RPM motor controlling the burrs, relatively quiet in its operation, and fits the full range of choices with regard to grind size. My only issue is with their parts support. If I recall correctly, Kitchen Aid was absorbed by Whirlpool. Unfortunately, today my grinder suffered a broken plastic retainer during my daily grinding routine. The small part depicted in the photos is the broken retainer and the large part is the Nozzle Cover it retains between the bottom of the grinder burrs and the lower ground coffee jar I went straight to the Kitchen Aid web site to see if they offered this part. Alas, it was for naught. However, I did find this part listed at another web site online that indicated it was a genuine Whirlpool part. I ordered the part and we'll see if it fits as indicated. Anyway, I am, none the less, extremely happy with this appliance and would purchase another if this one ever breaks beyond repair or doesn't last me a lifetime. You might find a fancier grinder but you'll not find one that fits the job like this one. Small kitchen appliances made this well are very difficult to find. Buy this one and don't look back. You'll never regret it unless you quit drinking coffee. And, by the way, no payment or solicitation was offered to do this review.

I've had this grinder for well over a month now and I LOVE it!! I don't like anything on my counter top at all. This grinder is retro enough to leave it out all of the time. It's super easy to clean up. I didn't find the noise level that bothersome. It's somewhat loud but this grinder delivers the perfect grind through the entire bag of coffee beans. The only negative I could comment on is that I wish the receiving glass container was a little more heavy duty....it's very thin glass, so be careful with it!
Super easy to use

No guessing as to how long to grind. Multiple easy to set coarse to fine grinds. Love it! My husband loves it even more than I do.

I BOUGHT THIS AND LOVE IT. NO MESS LIKE MY OTHER GRINDER. MY OTHER GRINDER WHEN YOU PULLED OUT CONTAINER THE COFFEE WAS GROUND INTO, THERE WAS ALWAYS LOSE GRIND'S YOU END WITH ON COUNTER, NOT WITH THIS ONE. ALSO IT IS EASY TO CLEAN.

I have this Burr grinder for just over a month now and I am so impressed.I have had 3 different ones before getting this model. It grinds just a little bit louder than normal but the other features more than make up for it.Being able to calibrate the burrs to higher fine or lower coarse for a baseline is really helpful. After calibrating you then have 15 one click adjustments to find exactly the grind your are looking for.The class bowl helps with holding static way down . It was a little more expensive than most others but I believe I have true value for what I spent my money on.
