Front piece of ac came dented. No matter how many times I tried to connect this ac to my smart phone it would NOT connect (why I bought it in the first place).. And the filter light comes on much too often.

Great features, however the filter change button comes on for no reason. I have cleaned It every time the light comes on the sensors seem to be broken.

The wifi feature is great. However, the unit is very loud, rattles even with support. My other ac unit doesn't do that. It's plastic vent has already broken and my remote has also fallen apart. I wouldn't recommend.

I installed this about a month ago, and it never quite functioned well. Now, keeping in mind I only run the machine overnight, the filter light is red. It takes about 30 minutes to cool my 80sq. ft. bedroom, which faces an interior courtyard and so gets no direct light. It is relatively quiet, which I appreciate.

Works well. Remote was made somewhat cheaply so the plastic cover constantly comes off. Wish I could control the direction of airflow a little more. Overall gets the job done though
