I bought this A/C to replace the old one in my bedroom. The old one was so noisy, to sleep at night with it on, I had to use ear plugs. The new one is so quiet, you can't tell that it's on. It's so powerful, I can feel the air in my living room. Also, price wasn't bad.

I bought Frigidaire - 250 Sq. Ft. Window Air Conditioner - White Model:FFRA0622U1 on June 29, 2019 from Bestbuy. To have so that when my other one stopped working (It was 21 years old) I would be ready with a new one. It so happened that my old one didn't stop working until July 24 of this year. So I finally opened up the box to install the new one. To my surprise, it was missing screws and the remote. I was able to buy screws at the hardware store to install it. However I still NEED a remote.

This A/C unit dies a great job, and its quiet - no rattles or squeaks. I would give it 5 stars if (A) the remote was backlit (have to illuminate it with a phone to see it at night), and (B) when powered off it defaults to the lowest power consuming settings, so we have to change the settings every time we use it. Wish I could change that.

bought 2 window units in August 2019 both are not right purchased at best Buy .which i will never buy from them again terrible to deal with customer service unit FFRA0622U1 seril # HK85122764 screws are missing and the plastic rail for mounting kit are chipped looks like it was a return item any way been trying to call Frigidaire no answer very frustrated .very dissapointed in product as I have been using Frigidaire products for years first time I had a problem with parts would like replacement parts as I bought 2 units larger one is Model # FFRE1533U10 serial # lK85020341 that also has parts missing can someone please help me
