"I recently purchased a 72MX195 from your store through Oliver Galvez - he was tremendous. I was quite nervous dealing with a company that I found on the internet (that was so far from where I live in Philly), but Oliver totally put me at ease.

His knowledge of the products you sell was great, and his follow-up was great too. He really seemed to care about how much I liked the TV (which I do very much). The free shipping was a big plus as well (there were a couple of sites that were cheaper on the TV, but their poor customer-service response and product knowledge didn't make me feel very comfortable).
Dealing with a "brick and mortar" establishment is always best as far as I am concerned.

In fact, I purchased a stand for the TV from an online-store in NYC the same day I ordered the TV from you guys; the TV came within 5 days, the stand (which they said was in stock took 2 weeks (this just backs up my assertion that an actual store is better).
