Should it be necessary to return an item, we'll gladly exchange it or give you a refund for the full amount of the merchandise — whichever you prefer, excluding any shipping charges, within a period of 14 days. All returned or exchanged items must be in their original box and include packing material, manuals and all accessories.
Returns may be assessed a 25% restocking fee. Delivery charges are non-refundable. We cannot accept merchandise for return with completed warranty cards, damaged or missing collateral material. Do not throw away any of the packaging materials such as boxes, instructions, inserts, bags, etc until you are completely sure you want to keep the equipment.
Keep your Invoice with your important records.
Big-Georges.com will not accept any returns or exchanges on film, paper, darkroom chemistry, opened ink cartridges, opened inkjet paper, or any other consumable products or items which have been removed from "e;blister-pack"e; packaging.
All of our shipments are 100% insured. It is important that you inspect the product thoroughly before accepting and signing for your merchandise; after you sign for the merchandise you are responsible for filing all claims with the shipper. Do not assume that your product is not damaged just because the box and packaging is intact. You must check for both internal and external damage before you accept delivery. If you notice your product is damaged, refuse the package and note the damage on the bill of lading. Please call our customer service department immediately at 866-751-6900 and we will issue a RMA number. After you sign for the package you are responsible for damages. Please make sure that you inspect all packages before you sign for them. If your item was shipped via UPS, call UPS at 800-pick-ups with your tracking number to report a damaged item.
Most products that we carry include a full warranty of at least one year. If you get an item that is defective upon delivery that is not due to shipping damages, please contact customer support at 866-751-6900 within 48 hours of receipt.
If defective it can be at our discretion to repair or exchange for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model only.
Product Does Not Meet Your Needs
Please pay close attention to all product specifications and measure the product area before you order. It is important that you understand which product meets your needs and is why our sales staff is comprised of experts that are able to guide you through your purchase. If you get your merchandise and it does not meet your needs please call our customer service department at 866-751-6900 within 14 days of receipt. Please remember that shipping and handling charges are not refundable and all returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, we do not accept any returns on film, paper, darkroom chemistry, opened blister packs or special order merchandise. Returned products must be in brand new condition with all packaging, product literature, and blank warranty cards enclosed in the exact condition you received them. Any product that has been installed or an attempt has been made to install it can not be returned.
General Return Notes and Policies
- We do not accept any returns unless you have a RMA number from customer service.
- You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your merchandise if your product is damaged. 14 days of receiving if the product does not suit your needs (excludes special order items).
- After you accept your merchandise you are responsible for all damage claims.

- All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Big-Georges.com will not accept any returns that are not in brand new re-sellable condition packed in the manufacturers box complete with all packing material, product literature, and blank warranty cards.
- Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.
- We do not accept returns on film, paper, darkroom chemistry, opened blister packs and some specially ordered products due to customer error. Please make sure you read all specifications closely and call us with any questions or concerns before you place your order.
Customer agrees to the terms published when they place a completed order with our company. Customer authorizes their credit card company to abide by these terms.
Can I cancel my order?
If you cancel your item at least 48 hours before the item ships you will not be charged. If you cancel the item after it has shipped the order is subject to a 25% restocking fee and the full shipping charge. Please note that all special orders are non-refundable and non-cancelable regardless if it shipped or not.
To Begin the return process, please call us at 866-751-6900. All returns must have a R.M.A. number for processing. If you live within the Ann Arbor area, you may return the item directly to the store once a RMA# has been issued. Call us at 866-751-6900 for directions.
