I call this our "poor man's Sub-Zero". I have the fridge and the freezer set, they look great and for less than half the price of a Viking or Sub-Zero it is a great deal. Temperature control and lighting is great. The hardware inside that make the shelves and drawers are OK, not great. You don't get the high quality hardware you see in the $10K units out there. We really like the looks and the interior space it affords. A few weaknesses include, very hard to open the doors and we are getting more condensation on the inside than I have ever had on any other refrigerator.

We purchased this refrigerator and freezer several years ago. We have to have service calls multiple times per year as the units stop working. We've lost two freezers full of food and five refrigerators full of food. We have the extended warranty ( A MUST HAVE) and the units have been completely rebuilt from the inside two-three times EACH. It has gotten to the point that the service company knows us by name and sight. We have begged time and time again for these to be replaced as they are clearly faulty, but Electrolux has declined. The customer service at Electrolux leaves quite a bit to be desired, but thankfully our service company has wonderful technicians. The issues we have experienced are apparently not isolated to us, so there is some engineering work that needs to be reviewed for the internal components.

I had purchased this refrigerator 2018 it was not working the first time it was installed and had to wait two weeks for warranty repair. Two years leather and I have to repair it again because the temperature won't go below 48.
