Bought it a month ago I'm very happy with it lots of useful features the Load and Go feature works great just filled the tank with soap (High Effiency) aboutone cap full it's enough for all those loads I bought also the 3years warranty that takes over after the 1st year of manufacturer warranty expires so total 4 years . For washer and dryer less than 200 bucks awesome deal.!

I wrote a previous review but I must write another update. The washing machine violently shakes and bounces off the ground, slamming back down and has now completely turned itself around, fallen off the stand, and lurched forward so hard that it tore away from its hoses. I cannot physically stop it from shaking and slamming into the wall, I will injure myself. It tore up our wall and damaged the side of the dryer next to it. Unfortunately I now am stuck with 2 broke washing machines & still can’t do laundry. I’ve only had this washing machine for 2 days.

I bought this washing machine from Costco. I ran it on the Clean Washer cycle with the tablet it comes with & it was violently shaking throughout the wash, hard enough to come completely off the stand, but it didn’t tip over or fall or anything like that. I had to situate it back on the stand and it started happening again, so I had to sandwich it between the wall & the dryer. It shakes so hard it’s starting to damage the wall & causes the dryer to slam into the counter next to it. I don’t know how to fix this or what is going on. Also, during a wash last night, it suddenly turned off while I was in the room. I did not touch it or bump into it. Very frustrating.

I bought this washer a month ago in UK I love it but being very conscious of cleaning out drain filter really unhappy there is no rubber drain tap like in all my precious machines. Also the filter is positions so low you cannot get a tray or anything under to collect the water. The filter pours water directly out of machine onto the floor. Highly dangerous I feel as obviously the appliance is electric. Customer service tell me to mop up water with a towel. So I pour 1 pint of water on my floor mop it up with towels which I then have to wash when a simple tap would release water cleanly safely and easily. Are there any other options to get water out of filter. Otherwise this machine is perfect but I do not want to spend time cleaning up my floor etc just to empty my filter which is a regular job. Thank you.
