Was in new condo we purchased. From beginning needed to troubleshoot. Now stopped working completely. Door will not unlock even after calling for help at Whirlpool. Service is coming on November 15 2019.

Bought this a year and a half ago. Not my favorite washer. I have always left the door open after using, and the liner is filled with mold and smells horrible. It washes satisfactorily, but doesn't have enough options. And when you add the detergent, don't leave the door ajar. I went to get another garment, came back and the soap had dispensed, run down the open door and onto the floor!
