My old one still worked but had a few issues! So I went shopping and found this was a good deal and would fit in my limited space. I like the fact that it's quiet and holds a lot of laundry. It does take longer than my old one but I understand that is true of most new wshers, dryers, etc because of the electrical use (or some thing - I never have been sure why the dishwasher now takes over 2 hrs).

We bought this dryer 13 years ago when it was called Duet, and just bought a new one last week. The heat stopped working and we figured it was time for a new one. I love the dryer, it dries fast, love the performance of it
