This is a beautiful appliance and an almost perfect alternative to having a commercial range in your home. I originally wanted a commercial range, but after researching options, discovered that most home owner's insurance policies will not cover you in the event that the fire originated from a (commercial) range (in your home.) I was told (by a commercial/restaurant supply rep,) that the oven's insulation standards are different for commercial vs domestic. Anyway, in regard to my "almost perfect" statement; the only qualm that I have is that the oven's racks are not deep enough to hold a full sheet pan. Half sheet pans work, but the oven racks are not wide enough to hold two half pans side by side. However, there are three racks in the oven, the bottom two are on sliders which is a nice feature. The oven has a regular and convection bake feature which is really nice. I am very satisfied with the results of both. Another reason I chose this model was the fact that it did not have a bunch of electronic features/options that only complicate the cooking process. All in all, from someone that has cooked commercially for 47 years, I would definitely recommend this appliance.
