I have had my range for 10 years, I have had a burner replaced, the starter for broiler, and now the self-cleaning feature has failed. I love the look, it has been a joy to use but too many problems.

Twice now oven is shot, turning itself off, beeping. First time cost $1000 to fix, just to change a computer board that the oven overheats and it blows, bad design there...Other than that the stove top has been great.. Twice in six years extremely costly repairs, and messing up dinners, not Getting back what I paid in my opinion.A response from company would be great!Chris

I have owned this range for about 8 years and use it daily. I pride myself on not being too materialistic....but I absolutely love this stove. My favorite part is how strong the 3 large burners are, particularly the back right. Start dinner too late and tired kids...no problem. Boil water for spaghetti in 3 mins. The inner low setting on the 2 front burners works very well for simmering soups and such. I read one review online that downgraded this range for not having a digital oven temperature but thatâs actually a plus for me as aesthetically I prefer the clean look of knobs to a blue screen.Also the continuous grille top is a must for any pro range, so you can quickly slide around pots on and off burners while cooking. This has been a great range with no problems. A total pleasure to use daily.

I've had this for 5 years and still going strong. It's a good looking stove that gets a lot of compliments whether guests are looking at it or using it.. The different burners all do their job well and no complaints at all about the oven. I use the three included accessories--griddle, wok stand, and simmer plate--fairly often, and all are chunky cast iron and should last forever. My only complaint is that one of the accessories--the rack that was included with the roasting pan--is a little on the cheap side--some of the welds on mine broke, but not a really big deal for me. Anyway, I shopped everything from a $800 stove to $5K, landed somewhere in the middle this one, and couldn't be happier.
