I resisted an over-the-stove microwave for many years because of the size. We needed a new micro as our counter top one was 13 years old and wearing out. We researched what was available. When the Whirlpool low profile over-the-stove micro came up, we knew this one would work. We purchased it and love it's size and features.

The installation instructions concerning exterior venting are vague. There is no technical support offered by Whirlpool. Period.

Slim, sleek and looks GREAT in a very small kitchen. Seems to have lots of features that I have not yet explored. Venting system seems to work very well.
