within a month of purchase, microwave would not heat and would not turn off. only way to turn it off was to unplug it. been trying to get it repaired under warranty for several months now. no joy.

you can't use the kitchen timer, something inside arc's and it resets the clock, it also has shorted out and reset the clock while sleeping. that's scary! the first samsung pro i spoke with had me unplug it for 5 minutes and dismissed my worries that software can't cause a spark or arc by itself. after taking to 4 other samsung pro personnel, i'll finally get a refund but noone has sent me any link that i'm supposed to choose how to get the refund. cheers tho cause i do have a reference number tho it doesn't do me much good. the microwave wasn't damaged in any way. it has awesome features and we loved the sensor reheat feature. it sounds cheap when closing the door and it's super lightweight

we purchased this microwave on september 4, 2021. today october 22,2021, it ceased functioning as a microwave. the clock and light functions fine, but the motor (or whatever makes the heating element work) does not function.

i don't know what that other person was talking about but we can see the food inside just fine and it get plenty hot enough . great microwave from a great company . definitely 5 star products .
