Purchased 6K BTU unit AC at Sears. Fine until two months in. Sears says contact Frigidaire. Sent several emails about problem to Frigidaire with no reply; near impossible to get through on phone. I would not recommend Frigidaire due to poor performance of product and terrible customer support.

Bought this unit on-line from Sears, easy no-contact pick up. Clear instructions, straight forward installation. Very quiet, cools the room quickly, made this very hot, humid summer so much more bearable.

I bought this for my bedroom and am very pleased. It has a sleep mode that ups the temperature for 7 hours and then reduces back down to your original setting

I had purchased a similar unit made by a different brand that was so loud it was waking us up every time the compressor turned on.We returned it after a few days and picked up this Frigidaire for the same price (a little less even!) It is quieter than both our past units and keeps the room cool. I like having the remote and that it came with insulation panels.
